What We Do

As a Principal Contractor we provide a broader scope of works including the following:

Internal and external refurbishment (commercial, residential, industrial and retail)
Stone cleaning and restoration
New build and conversions
Remedial Cladding Investigation, testing, repairs, replacement of Cladding, Insulation and Fire Breaks to Commercial and Residential buildings
Maintenance and call outs

All sub-contractors are asked to complete a pre-qualification questionnaire and are vetted prior to being added to our approved list.

We have an independent H&S advisor that visits each project on a regular basis. After the inspection, they provide us and our client with a report containing scores for all areas of H&S specific to the site. The advisor also reviews our H&S and all other policies annually to ensure we are up to date with all current legislation.
